There comes a point in everyone's life when we hit rock bottom. Leaving us feeling quite vunerable and insecure. It might be the past catching up with us or the future suddenly appearing all foggy. Maybe your just fresh out of ideas for no apparent reason. You just don't know!
WHAT TO DO?
Here are my 5 Tips how to get unstuck when you feel like losing all sense of direction, when you don't know what you want or where you're headed!
1. BE STILL
We run around a lot trying to fix everything. We panic! But doing a lot doesn't mean you are being productive at changing anything. You just lose a lot of energy. Be still for a moment. Meditate. Realign your thoughts and it will all come back to you. Your body gets some much needed rest with your mind not having to work overtime.
2. RECONNECT WITH YOUR HEART
The biggest plus to actually be still is you get to hear your heart beating again. The feeling of being alive revisiting. And if you are really still, in the here and now, you will hear your inner-voice giving you the needed information and direction. Follow your heart and flow will return to you.
3. ASK YOURSELF , WHAT'S UP ?
We often forget that talking to yourself is an conversation worth having. Odd? No! We do it all the time. We're just not aware. How you do it is up to you. For some it's prayer, others use the mirror. It's all about activating and believing. With you asking honest questions, from the heart, your spirit reacties giving you what you need.
4. Be inspired by the positive
So this is an important one. People who are no good to you can suck the juices out your life. Leaving you with no inspiration left to see anything clear. So you need to only be inspired by those who uplift and empower you. Just loving you is not enough. They might love you to dead! Make sure you are being loved to live!
5. DO WHAT FEELS GOOD
If you don't know what to do, do what feels good! If you love helping people but you don't know where to start? Just start! There are always people in need. Don't overlook those closest to you. Don't try to change the world if you haven't brought change to your surroundings. The best good is being the change!
